Running it from a CM4.
My library contains 67000+ tracks, all flac.
I don’t have any issues as you mentioned.
It might be helpful to post a log.

How to Get and Post the Log

  1. Access the Dev Page: Open a web browser on your computer or phone and type http://volumio.local/dev into the address bar. *(Note: If this doesn’t work, find your device’s IP address and go to http://<your-volumio-ip>/dev instead).
  2. Generate the Log: Scroll down on the page until you see the Logs area. Click the Send Log button. [1]
  3. Wait for the Link: Leave the page open while Volumio compiles the system information and scrubs sensitive data. Once it finishes, a message will display: “Log successfully sent, this is the link to your log file”.
  4. Copy & Post: Copy the provided URL and paste it into your Volumio forum.
