Subscription not working properly

I have supermaster subscription and there is not working properly. It happend second time. On web myvolumio.org there is info that everything is ok, but on my raspberry i have info that i should i have virtuoso or supermaster subscripton. Reset or formating to factory dont working. Only format a sd card and installing a new volumio works

For myvolumio to work you need to login with your credentials on your PI IP address UI.
Then you should see your device in your profile with a play icon near it.
From there go to my music and you’ll see the Streaming services login fields

I have the same problem. In my case card formating and new volumio installing didn’t help. In Myvolumio panel I can’t see my device, and I don’t know how to add it. I have a virtuoso subscription. The problem appeared after a power failure.

Login into myvolumio from your PI’S IP address

I’ve already tried, it doesn’t help :frowning:

I installed volumio again and I created a new account with a new subscription. When I logged in the problem still occured. I have no idea, how to fix it.

Edit: In addition, I can’t enter to the youtube plugin settings.

Can you go into your profile page from your PI’S UI? Can you see your device listed there, with a play button near it?
If not, please logout and log-in again.

Unfortunetly, there are no devices there. I have tried to log in and log out many times. The same issue is on both accounts.

Sorry ,just to make sure:

  • Do you have a virtuoso or superstar plan?
  • Did you log-in using the IP address of the PI (not myvolumio.org)
  • If you go to the profile from the PI ip address, no device is shown there?
