Streaming services not displayed in My Music section

Hello team,

As mentioned in the title, I have no streaming services section in my music. I have a Virtuoso plan. I did a factory restart without success.

Any suggestions?

please visit your profile first and verify your device is enabled, then go to my music.

Let me know how it goes

I confirm my device is activated on my profile. It is still not displaying streaming services.
Myvolumio is installed on a RPi3 and allo digione.

Do you have further recommendations?

Have you changed the language for French? If yes please use English.
If it is not the case, no clue yet…

Thank you very much balbuze, well spotted !

My interface was in french and when changed to english, Tidal/Qobuz appeared in mymusic section.

I can now enjoy MyVolumio :slight_smile:

I see my device … but not Tidal or Qobuz???
I do see the radio channels and my usb drive.

So, your device is listed in MyVolumio profile tab, is it enabled?
If yes, go to MyMusic, you should see a place where to input credentials

Sorry - In MyVolumio profile - under “Activate MyVolumio on device” - no device is listed … hmm???
But in Volumio i stil can find webradios and USB device.

Please login in myvolumio from the PI’s UI, after few seconds you will see your device.
Do you have virtuoso or superstar plan?

I had to download a new Myvolumio - and use a new SD!
Everything is working - thank you very much!
