With this plugin you can only access to your spotify playlists you made in Spotify. Nothing else. If you dont have any playlists created in Spotify then you can not use the plugin.
I think it is a bit late now but if this response can help anyone else…

i had removed all and factory defoult of volumio… but i don’t see the icon
