What’s wrong with Spotify plugin?
I have Allo Boss, img 2.285, spotify premium, username and passwd ok.
At first Spotify does not show up in Volumio.local/browse. When I go to plugins and save settings (though plugin is active) it shows up. When I choose something to play nothing happens. When I go playback and refresh view I can see graphics and that chosen piece has played for a while. I just cant hear anything. The same happens every time. If I try to uninstall plugin I just get error message (undefined). So uninstall is impossible.
To play something else after that I have to switch power off first.
Spotify is removing support for the library we use for this plugin. This might be related to your problems (we are trying to find alternative ways to play spotify in the meanwhile). Also, please make sure you’re not playing with spotify from your phone or pc.
Yeah, I’m now stuck with this plugin which doesn’t work, doesn’t uninstall (gives error) and is just there occupying space. How do I manually get rid of this plugin?
