spotify connected, but no sound

Hi All,

I have installed volumio 2, version from august 2016 on my raspberry pi 3 and built up the soundsystem with hifiberry soundcard dac+. This all is connected with my amplifier through RCA cabels.

After no be able the connect spotify in the german webinterface (volumio.local) I managed this within the english user interface.
Spotify is connected (I Use test account of spotify so far).

MY PROBLEM:
I can browse the spotify trackt/list/webradios and the volumio interface shows in the right up corner the banner - starting playing spotify - but I get no sound on my system. (I can play the tracks from my nas and also hear all the webradios supported.)

BUT I CAN NOT GET SOUND FROM THE CONNECTED SPOTIFY ACCOUNT!
Plaese provide me a help, how to fix it?

Does it work if you create a Playlist and set the whole Playlist in the queue? I have the same setup as you but for me it’s working fine…

Hi,

we your suggestion i can not fix it. I see the spotify songs/albums in the Queue. Volumio shows in the web interface, that the music is playing, i can see the screenshot of the album and the interpret, but still no sound…

Any other ideas?

Do you have a software volume control in playback setting?

AAudio Buffer Size = “8MB”
Buffer Before Load = 20%
