Some of my covers do not show

Hello,

Some of the covers do not show up. The files are stored on a flash drive, which is only about 30% full. All files are either AIFF or WAV. The AIFF files are from albums I purchased on Qobuz, while the WAV files are ones I ripped myself. When I insert the flash drive into my Mac, the covers do appear correctly.

I tried several methods suggested here, but nothing seems to work. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would have been nice to see all of my covers.

The Rivo+ is my streamer for my headphone setup. The same albums are also on my Innuos streamer with my speaker system, and there I can see all the covers and even edit them in the app if needed.

Any clue?

The album cover image has to be in the album folder with the audio files, must be named folder or cover and last time I looked has to be jpg or png format.
folder.jpg for example.

Missing images (All albums) + title sorted not after artist

Volumio Rivo Plus witn the latest firmware/software Until now I have been using Asset UPnP with JPLAY SW (app on iPhone and iPad) and it works just fine. All albums are sorted after artist name and not album title. Now I am using Volumio Rivo Plus and Roon and it works fine. But the Volumio SW gives me problems. This doesn’t work for the majority of cases. I did copy the cover.jpeg of a maximum of 500x500 pixels like other people suggest but didn’t work. Sadly

Maybe you need to clear the album art cache now that you’ve made sure the images are present and in a suitable format and size?

I noticed that more than I thought covers were fixed. I shut down the Rivo+ and went out, I saw your email about the cache, so I came home and restarted the streamer, reset the album cache and now everything is fine. Thank you for your help !
