When i turn on my PI, WiFi connection works ok.
But when i close the connection on my phone or tablet it is impossible to reconnect to pi/volumio.
The only solution is to power off and on again the pi.
Known problem ?

can you look to your router interface?
or connect a tv/pc monitor to your raspberry and post the log.
My $3 Chinese Wifi Stick is deceased.
For now case closed. Wim
