[Solved] apt-get update & apt-get upgrade

Hello,

does apt-get update & apt-get upgrade is going to install unwanted thing on the top of volumio or not ?

I would need to apply this command to install python and gpio tools.

i.e. : how to install “corretly” some apps/packages without causing problems to volumio (1.51 in my case) ?

Just do apt-get update, then install . Don’t do upgrade and you’ll be fine. Let me know
