s/pdif on UDOO Quad

The combination of Volumio and UDOO looks like a nice solution but I have two main questions…

First is UDOO a healthy community (I don’t see a lot of activity on there web page or on the net in general)?

Is S/PDIF working (out of the box with volumio)?

Or maybe I can use HDMI to get digital sound to my reciver(just sound from the UDOO, will this work)?

No answer, is that the same as nobody is using the s/pdif out (pin out) on UDOO Quad?

Yep, but it’s quite complicated… Hope you’ll achieve this!

If someone gets it working I will include it in new versions of Volumio for UDOO (I do actually lack the time to do it…)
