Running volumio in a 22" 1080p touch screen

Hi.

I have been running volumio for a couple of days now and I am loving it, however I do have some issues.

First let me present the hardware I am using.
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 2GB Ram
ATLANTIS A05-T22A-VHDM
I am not using any DAC.
All with appropriate power supplies.

I have the following plugins installed.
Touch display
Now playing
Spotify
Autoplay
Backup and restore data

Background, I wanted to setup a spotify kiosk at my tattoo shop making it easy for both my coworkers and customers to browse spotify for artist and playlists.

Now, let me first note that I know that this display is probably not officially supported but this is what I have to work with, and will not be replacing it.

Here are my issues.
The whole system is very sluggish, it takes about a second from pressing the screen with your finger for it to react, making people double-press buttons constantly, or even try to show their fingers through the screen (people are idiots). It also seems like the touch points on the screen do not fully align with what is being displayed on the screen, the image on the screen is a couple of millimeters too low. For example, when using the keyboard it is really easy to press one of the letters on the row above by accident. Scrolling a playlist for example is super laggy, almost like it is displaying a really low framerate. Slow, laggy and stuttering.

So that is what I need to fix on the “hardware” side of things.
On the software side of things, I want to make it easier for users to directly being able to search spotify from the now playing plugin, maybe by just using a button from the music info screen.

I really hope someone can help me with this, especially regarding the system being so sluggish.
