RPi5 memory usage - a question

Just done a clean install of v4.231 on RPi5 4GB and system info plugin shows 99% memory usage.
Is this normal

Is it a problem?
If so, can I improve things?

System works fine with Topping E30 II DAC and sounds great, so should I ignore the 99% memory usage?

ok, after another reboot system memory uase is now 32% - which looks bmuch better.

The system is very busy for quite some time after a clean install - expanding the filesystem, etc. Without CPU hungry plugins it should return to around 1% on a Pi5 4GB when idle.
