RPI Regulated Powerbank

Hello.

I’m new to this forum and hope you guys can help me. I’m planning to build myself a semiportable Streamer/Headphoneamp.

To achieve this I followed the steps to install the 7.9" waveshare touchscreen which works and marks the start of this journey for me.
I’m thinking of using the PecanPi/PecanPi+ Hat (9V) which can power the Rpi (in my case RPI4B) and has about everything i need on board. Now where it gets spicy, at least for me:
As this project is aiming for semiportability I want to use a PD-Powerbank inside its case which feeds a PD USB-Breakoutboard (i hope this is the correct term). As I assume its accuracy for voltage to be subpar i was thinking about adding some parts to regulate the voltage while still being able to push enough power.
Thing is: I have no clue where to even start.

Which kind of circuatry and parts would I need and how to assemble them. Also some basic knowledge about the parts functionality would be appreciated. Or is there some readymade pcb?

Thanks in advance.
