I had set up Rivo as a Roon end point. It had been working for 2 weeks, but suddenly Roon lost it…
In the audio menu there is no Rivo option. It flashes for a second (as a new end point), but disappears afterwards.
Tried to disable/enable Roon in the Volumio menu, but didn’t help. I’m quite upset, there’s too many software related problems with this unit…

Also where did you install Roon? Are both Volumio and Roon updated to the latest version

Hi, I use the latest versions, and of course I have restarted everything several times…
It had been working almost flawlessly, and one day suddenly Roon can’t see Rivo as an end point (only via AirPlay). Still works with my Hifiman Serenade without any problem.
I’m quite upset, because I like Rivo, but the Volumio software (especially with Tidal) is… not the best, let’s say that.

can you please make sure to update Roon and the mobile as well? Please also try it from the desktop to see if it works, not from the mobile.

I always use the latest versions. Also, I use Roon from PC, Android, and iOS as well.
All works flawlessly with the Serenade, but doesn’t work with the Rivo.
I’m absolutely upset because the Volumio software for the Rivo (using mostly Tidal) is basically useless, and now I have lost the Roon option.
There’s only the AirPlay option for the Rivo, but that’s not what I want to use. The Roon endpoint option still flashes and diasppears, as I have written before.
