A friend of mine just received his RIvo+ and powered it up for the first time. Unfortunately, the power light is stuck on green and will not turn blue. As a result, he cannot find his device on the Volumio app. Is this a sign of a significant issue? Will a factory reset from USB help?
Please ask your friend to create a support ticket with Volumio. As a Rivo+ owner, he’s entitled to premium support. Unfortunately, the community can’t offer much assistance in this case.
