Rivo image on 1920x1200 screen is vertically stretched

I am using Rivo (sounding excellent, but more on that later):
Volumio 3.368, USB to Neukomm CDA126S, HDMI to HP ZR24w 1920x1200 screen

The image of the UI is stretched vertically. It seems Volumio is stretching a 1080 pixel image to 1200 pixels.

The issue does not happen when I connect an Intel NUC6i5SYH to the screen (Volumio x86 3.324), not does it happen on a browser on a Windows Laptop. So this behavior seems to be Rivo or version specific

If this is not easy to fix, I would be happy to be able to set Volumio to output a fixed 1920 x 1080 pixels and have black bars at the top and bottom of the screen

Thanks for looking into this

Hi, I’m considering ordering a Rivo and have 2 questions:

  1. How do you control what is output to HDMI? I’m guessing Now-Playing but can you see the standard Volumio UI?
  2. Reliability of Tidal-Connect. Have you had any experience?

Thanks for any input…

@mervinio @DED

Standard Volumio UI is output via HDMI.
I have not used Tidal-Connect. I am on Qobuz as it is truly lossless
