Recommended Optical Drive for Ripping

Hi,

After being informed by @michelangelo2 via DH @ Pro-Ject, that support for the Apple Super Drive has been removed for the latest build, can anyone recommend a nice solid external drive that won’t have support removed, so my customer can continue to rip his CDs ?
