Qobuz connect - my albums and artists missing

Hi there,

I am relatively new to Volumio and after a few initial set up issues the app seems quite stable.

Everything appeared to be working as it should until today when I logged into the Volumio app.

I selected Qobuz as usual and selected ‘My Albums’ under ‘My Music’ and after a few seconds of loading came up with a red error message ‘Error No Results’. I’ve tried the usual re-boots, removing and re-installing the app, etc but nothing is working. I have the most up to date version.

In addition, when I select ‘My Artists’ I get a standard / non red warning message stating ‘No Items’.

The strangest thing is ‘My tracks’ is working fine and quickly produces a current list of all my tracks saved to Qobuz as favourites.

Has anyone else experienced these problems and know of a resolution?

Hello Neil,

please try to logout from Qobuz (from the SOURCES menu), reboot the unit, login to Qobuz.
