Qobuz – Audio Playback Issues are not related to Volumio (Official Update)

We would like to inform the community that Qobuz has identified the source of recent playback errors affecting some tracks.

The issue is related to a caching anomaly with their CDN provider, which has caused some servers to deliver corrupted or incomplete audio files.

What this means:

  • Some tracks may fail to play or behave unexpectedly
  • Changing the audio quality can sometimes resolve the issue temporarily (as different qualities use different files)

Current status:
Qobuz is actively:

  • Identifying affected tracks
  • Performing a progressive cache purge

A full resolution is expected shortly.

We will keep you updated if needed, but at this stage this is not related to Volumio.
