Hi, so I have Raspberry Pi 5 and I have flashed the latest Volumio build to my SDcard. I’ve made the decision to subscribe to Volumio Premium service because I need the remote access feature. But jere is the thing, sometimes it’s working just fine and sometimes it doesn’t. Today for example it’s stuck in the loading loop. and it won’t load the page.
I’ve already tried some things, like:
Re-flashing my sDcard and reinstalling my Volumio setup.
I don’t think that my internet speed is the problem because I have a pretty fast internet connection.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Looking at the picture, your using a phone to access the Volumio device via myvolumio.
Any reason why your not using the Official Volumio app?
To be honest there is no particular reason. I did also try the official app, but If I’m not mistaken in the app there is no way to access my volumio device remotely? I have to use the browser, and go to myvolumio.org to access it remotely?

From the logs it seems that the connection with our servers keeps dropping. Yesterday there was a major incident with some of our services, which are being restored progressively.
Are you still having problems? When did you start having problems?
Also, do you have any firewalls or network-blocking services in your network?
I still have the same problem.
I have tried both with my Wi-Fi network and on my Mobile Data network.
As far as I know I don’t have any firewalls on my home network.

Any updates? Because I have only a few more days of trail period for my premium subscription.
