Problem with 3.5 inch screen

I am writing to you today regarding an issue I am experiencing with a 3.5-inch screen connected to my Raspberry Pi 3 B+. The screen, which was purchased through Amazon, is connected via the GPIO pins. However, it is currently only displaying the IP addres

Did you install the touch display plugin?

Yes i installed the touchscreen plugin but still nothing

Provide:

  • Exact version of Volumio
  • exact link to the screen

It was version 4.084

I tried downloading the touchscreen plugin it keep on coming up with this error message
Touchscreen stopped working, error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat
‘/tmp/.X11-unix/X’
