Problem accessing 1 of my volumio with my smartphone

Hi,

I have a very strange issue which I can resolve.

I have 2 volumios. 192.168.1.28 for my home office and 192.168.1.38 for my bedroom.

I can access both with my PC.
I can access both withy my iphone usine the browser.
I can only access the home office from my LG V20. With chrome browser, I get an error msg. “This site can’t be reached.” With the android app, I can see both Volumio but when I try to access my bedroom volumio, it just has the circle thing spinning forever.

I had tried to change the ip and the result is the same.
What should be my next trouble shooting step?
