Poor WIFI - config recommendation

I’m having a few pauses in the sound probably because the poor quality of my WIFI.

My setup is:
Main Router -> [Cable] RPi
Main Router -> [Wireless] Another Router
Another Router -> [Cable] Desktop (nas server)

I would like to know what are my options the fix this issue, raise the buffer? What else?

Yes, increase the buffer before play and buffer size from playback options
