[Plugin] Sveriges Radio – live channels, podcast archive, series and favourites

Hi all,

I’ve made an unofficial plugin for Sveriges Radio, the Swedish public broadcaster, using their Open API.

What it does

  • Live: all SR channels (P1, P2, P3, all P4 regions and more), showing what’s on now
  • Archive: browse programs and podcasts by category, channel or A–Z, with search from Volumio’s search field
  • Series in order: start part 3 of a series from anywhere and parts 4, 5 … are queued automatically
  • Favourites for channels, programs, series and episodes, including the :heart: in the player
  • Swedish and English UI

Compatibility: tested on Volumio 3.912. I haven’t tested it on Volumio 4 yet, but it should work, since it uses only Node core modules. Feedback from Volumio 4 users is very welcome.

Install (SSH):

wget https://github.com/hamletUP/volumio-sverigesradio/releases/download/v0.1.0/sverigesradio-0.1.0.zip
mkdir sverigesradio && cd sverigesradio && unzip ../sverigesradio-0.1.0.zip
volumio plugin install

Then enable it under Plugins → Installed plugins.
