Plugin Installation not possible

Hi, I cannot install plugins. When I go to the plugin section, I am asked to login at myvolumio, which has already happened. I have a rivo+ with volumio premium. Any recommendations?

Logout, reboot and login again

I did exactly this several times without any success. Maybe someone from Volumio has any idea?

OK, I did a factory reset and after a new setup it works.

Turn it off, and on again… usually works
