I do “see” verion 2.1.0 - but I cannot install it - it stays on version 1.2.0 - maybe the download source for the plugin is not actual for x86 Volumio Version?
it is for volumiio 4.xx RC only!

works now after updating to Volumio 4 on my x86 - thanks a lot! 
2025-10-31T13:15:00Z: While there is still a cookie under ‘request headers’ when filering for ‘discover’ under the network tab. It doesn’t seem to work in the plugin now.
The errors in volumio when trying to use the plugin are: “Bandcamp Discover Failed to obtain fan info by cookie” followed by “Error No results”.

I only tried the plugin for the first time today, so have no previous experience of it working.
I’m on Volumio version 3.832 and Bandcamp Discover version 1.2.0
I’d recommend trying Volumio Bookworm beta version and then you can get the latest, working version of the plugin.

I’m having an issue with search not working. It just says no results for anything I search.
I’m using 4.119 bookmark beta.
Plugin is latest Bandcamp Discover 2.2.0
I’ve tried disabling/enabling and uninstall then rebooting Pi and then reinstalling but still get same issue with no search results.
Playing albums from things on the main page work fine so maybe its an issue with bandcamp side changing something?
BC search is working for me. Same version. Did it work before? Do you have a Bandcamp account and have you entered the cookie correctly.

Adding the cookie worked thanks! I don’t remember having to do that before but maybe I’m just forgetting.
It worked before without needing a cookie. Bandcamp now requires it or you’ll get a captcha / error page (hence empty search results).
I’ll post an update to fix this so you won’t have to explicitly provide a cookie. Maybe some time next week.

I think that this is a relatively new addition on Bandcamp.

I am getting “Error No results”. I tried to log in with the Bandcamp username and with the Bandcamp cookie.

Hi, that’s a very old version. Current version is 2.3.1 which is working ok.
Thank you but actually I am using the latest version. I installed it from the Volumio plugins.
I am using flac files on a disk. No streaming from Spotify and other.
@alexander_de_maet if you only see version 1.2.0 as available, it means you’re still on Volumio3, that is EOL for RPi and x86, with plugins not updated anymore.
please move to Volumio4, so you can use the latest version of Bandcamp plugin, that works like a charm
