I had a 500 song playlists that I inadvertently saved over. Freaking out here. Is there anyway to recover an earlier version a playlist?
Solved it. I was lucky in that in other instance of Volume I had the original playlist open in the queue so I got lucks and just saved it over the mistaken playlist and I am all set again. Yeah!!!
For future safeguard why not backup your playlists and queue. Just in case you do happen to delete them
Quite simple to do using an FTP program, something like filezilla (free)
FTP into volumio and simply copy the files to your PC…
The playlists are in : /data/playlist
The queue is in /data and a file named queue
