Pi + Adafruit PiTFT + HifiBerry Amp

Hi,

Pretty new with GPIO, would like to understand if it is possible to plug an PiTFT or any Touch LCD with an HifiBerry amp or IqAudio AMP.
If someone can explain me how to make all connections.

I already have part of interface designed. I can control music from my Iphone with the Web Interface and I can control too from the directly connected LCD with my python interface
