I created a support ticket on Aug 27, support responded a day later with a question, I answered the question the same day. Then dead silence for over a week. I added an update yesterday. Still no response. The status of the ticket is stuck in “waiting for customer”. The ticket is in reference to an “in warranty” Volumio Rivo not powering on. How do I get support to address my ticket?
