No Premium after purchase of Rivo+

I thought that the purchase of a ‘premium’ Volumio product meant you have access to Volumio Premium without extra cost. I’m sure it is advertised as such!
My ‘subscription’ just shows ‘free’ and Volumio wants an extra £4.99 per month subscription to upgrade to Premium.
Can someone help please.

The Rivo is already delivered with all premium features.
You only need to create a mail account to login, nothing else.
All features should be activated.
(like Tidal, Qobuz, BT,…)

even if you are on a free myvolumio account (that on Rivo Plus is required only for the 3rd part plugins), your device has all the premium features already included, being it a premium device
