My rivo+ does not turn on. I can see a flashing blue light looking from the rear thru the ports of the unit for a few seconds and then the flashing stops and I can see two solid red light.
As Rivo+ owner you’re entitled to premium support. Please raise a ticket here.
It sounds like your Rivo+ encountered a critical error while booting.
