Update 2: Somehow after restarting kiosk it nows shows 60 fps. We are good

This won’t be done by me anytime soon. But for anyone feeling the urge to contribute for the current 6.12.y kernel, the x86 kernel build process for Volumio is automated and well documented in GitHub - volumio/build-platform-x64 · GitHub.
I did put this configuration request on my list for kernel 6.18.y, but have not planned any ETA yet, more likely to be end of spring 2026.
