Yes it has fabulous reviews but now discontinued and out of stock !
Choice is limited so seems it will have to be a new DIGI PRO2.

It also seems to be discontinued though. I think I will have to stick with the hifiberry as I designed the space and connections around it. I do however use the Allo Shanti PSU though for a clean analogue 5V.
@AudioPete I’d just try RPi4 and USB output if you have that?
Much simpler setup, and don’t have the noise issues the older Pi’s had. I know those HATs and stuff are cool but shouldn’t need them these days. I was going to get one originally but too expensive and hard to find.

I’ve always been interested in the HATs, not sure if it would be much % improvement over USB now though (digital on/off :P)
Does coax/optical still offer hi-res FLAC?
COAX does on the allo, It even pass through MQA
Yes all my CDs are now on a NAS as Flacs and they play really well through the DIGI
