new install on BBB - cannot connect

Hello everyone
Just installed Volumio on BeagleBoneBlack and cannot connect to the web interface, either by name or ip. SSH works.
8GB microSD card, wired connection.
With top command I see pretty high CPU utilization ~90% for about an hour already.
Checked with netstat - I see nothing about port 80/tcp, this looks weird for me.
Looking for advise.

Could you please do

sudo journalctl -f

you should see where it crash, please paste that relevant portion here

Hope this is it:

I see “no space left on device” - do I need a bigger flash? I have 8GB card installed.

Thanks!

I’ve reflashed the card on another computer and this issue is gone.
Now struggling with the DAC.

The above seems that you’ve stopped the BBB on its first boot, and did not complete the resizing of data partition

May be it was the case the first time but I started from scratch before posting. I suspected on my USB3-MicroSD adapter.
Just one more question or observation here - I see 2 IP addresses assigned on eth0 - is that normal?

Hi Michelangelo!
Can you help to solve the problem with starting Volumio web-interface on Beaglebone black C (512 MB RAM) in new updates IMG?http://updates.volumio.org/bbb/volumio/2.681/volumio-2.681-2019-12-10-bbb.img.zip?
Volumio works in terminal mode but the browser does not show anything when I pointing to ).
It appears to end with an “illegal instruction error” while starting to load the my Volumio part.
This is the same error you have also seen on Cubox i2ex, something that has not been solved and is not going to happen for BBB either.

Barrymore, once again, please don’t make the same post over and over.
Sorry, but BBB is a platform which we don’t officially support anymore. This is because we focus our time on widely adopted platforms.
