I have just flashed a sdcard with the latest version of volumio, and booted up to the login screen.
It tells me that the WebUI is available at volumio.local (127.0.0.1), but it isn’t.
I’ve tried rebooting, but still the same. Why doesn’t it give me a local network ip address like earlier versions did.
Is there any other way I can view the WebUI
What do you see in the app (phone)?
Can you connect to the local hotspot and configure the new installation?
Volumio on my phone is non configurable. I can’t do anything with it.
What hardware is Volumio installed on? Is it supported for the version you’re using?
Volumio is installed on a raspberry pie zero as earlier versions have been.

Two Things You Should Know
First, you can’t update over the air from Volumio 3 to Volumio 4. You’ll need to reflash. It’s not ideal, but with a change this fundamental, it was the only way to ensure everything works correctly.
Second, we had to make a difficult call. Raspberry Pi 1 and Raspberry Pi Zero are no longer supported. The necessary binaries simply aren’t available for these older boards. We know this affects some of you, and we didn’t make this decision lightly.
