Network Drive Mounted but error scanning database

Tried setting up my Western Digital NAS drive in the Volumio app under “Sources” and received the following message:

My Music
Error while scanning databaseError:
Command failed: /usr/bin/mpc
update MPD error: No database

The network drive is showing as being mounted, but no music files are loaded. Anyone know what the issue may be here?
