MyVolumio problem

Hi all,

I can’t reach myvolumio.org anymore to listen my music outside my local network.

Opening https://myvolumio.org/ I can see that Volumio device is enabled, but clicking on the green “play” button a screen with a rotating volumio logo appears, with no possibility to play music.

The same with https://play.volumio.com/.

  • Delete the device from myVolumio
  • Logout the device from myVolumio
  • Reboot your device
  • Login to myVolumio on the device

Thanks, but it didn’t work. Same black screen. :frowning:

Hello,

Did you try also to perform a factory reset (SYSTEM MENU)?
Try also to reboot the router

Today there were some infra problems on the myvolumio network.

Would you mind sending a log so we can see the status of your connection?

Don’t know why, but a factory reset fixed the issue.

Yep, actually I see from the logs that everything is ok.
