At some point in the last couple weeks, my Rivo appears to have died. The last time i used it was a few weeks ago, and when i went to use it today, the LED never turned blue. It no longer shows up on my network. I have link on the switch it is plugged into, but the switch doesnt see a mac address on that port.
Troubleshooting I have done:
- Power cycle
- Disconnect everything except the power and network
- moved it to a different switch port
- Attempt to do a USB factory reset (still never gets anything but a green LED, and nothing on the network or HDMI, never reboots)
An observation, if i press the power button (not the switch) while the LED is green, it changes to orange and never turns to red.
I am looking for any additional troubleshooting or assistance.
