Just thought I’d share my almost fully DIY audio setup. I say nearly because the next step is to build my own speakers which will be from the same (old kitchen worktop) wood as the amp.
RPI2 - Audiophonics sabre TCXO DAC - light speed attenuator - LM3886(x12) based BPA300 Amplifier.
Awesome sound, the amp took some ‘tuning’ with regards to zobel and thiele networks to stop it ‘shouting’ but well worth the effort.
