Music Streamer with SPDIF Output

I am planning to build a music streamer with Pi 4B, 4G memory. As a new comer, I’d like to get some feedback if the following hardware are correct.

  1. Touch Screen with HDMI interface (I think Pi 4B default display output is HDMI without the need for additional software driver).

  2. Card with SPDIF and optical output, connects to Pi 4B via GPIO.

  3. DIY low noise linear power supply.

Am I missing anything? Feedback is highly appreciated.

  2. Look at HiFiBerry Digi+ standard
