Music from "Cast to" is suddenly stopped

The original issue seems to have fixed. Do you remember when you started listening and when it stopped to verify it in the logs?

after I have flashed the new sw , The timing I have written in the previous message ,
It was in the afternoon , 14:00 PM something lke that and stopped after 3 4hrs …

We have identified another possible issue, we will issue another system update in the next couple of days.

I looked at your log and I see that you also have peppy spectrum installed. Did cast stopped to work after you installed it?

Can you try uninstalling it and restarting your device and retry?

I would suggest to update peppyspectrum to the last version (1.0.39). The Alsa path is different from v1.0.35.

I have updated the plug-in, the music is not stopped, but on the screen I see only the background changing , spectrum is not started , after I select a file when should I press download ? I have pressed only update list after I have selected a file them apply in the bottom

You have to select the ‘family’ on the top selector. Apply.
On the second selector, choose the spectrum you want to use.
This is not different from previous version.
You may have to reboot after you update

I want to mention that I have listen to a chromcast audio speaker , the display is on other room on my streamer ,

@balbuze I have observed that the spectrum iss not shown when cast to is activated , but strange that the background ia shown … maybe or would be ok not ribatatt at all :slight_smile: to add a note that spectrum is shown only when music is played locally not to chrome cast audio …
At least the music ia noir stopped anymore when the plug-in is activated :slight_smile:

I have observed a big improvement ok volumul v4 . Cast feature is working flawless :slight_smile: stopping , restarting etc , all is working as should be . When press play or cat to … music is started .
