Multichannel DSD on SMSL Idea

Guys, this is my first post . I’m sorry if I’m in the wrong forum.
I have set up Volumio and plugged a SMSL Idea to USB and it works perfectly except for one issue:
When I run multichannel DSD files, Volumio converts it to PCM. The DAC’s led shows it’s decoding high frequency PCM data.
It doesn’t happen with stereo DSD.
It’s not a big deal to have my DSD converted to PCM. I cannot hear the difference. The problem is that the converted result is very very low in volume.
Is there any way to work around it?
