Multi-room has stopped working even after re-install

Hi all,

I’m not sure what has happened but the other day multi-room stopped working on my three raspberry pi’ (two rp4 and one rp3). I’m Superstar plan which rolled over at the end of June this year. I have re-installed the OS on one rp and factory reset the others. I can play either rp through my phone but the ‘Grouping’ logo is greyed out.

Any pointer would be great.
