Is it possible to setup I2S to output mono signal in VOLUMIO? This is a nice feature when it comes to using VOLUMIO in expositions.

Have a look at the plugin collection thread over in the development forum. There is already a plugin that can be installed and used to toggle mono output from Volumio.
