You’re the first to hear it: volumio.com has a brand new website, live today. We built it from scratch on a new, faster stack, so it’s quick on a phone too. We’d love your eyes on it.
What’s new
- How hi-fi works: the music chain, part by part, from the streaming service to your speakers.
- Which Volumio is right for you: answer a question or two and get the device that fits.
- Compare devices: any two Volumio devices side by side, spec by spec.
- Get started: Volumio OS on a Raspberry Pi or a PC, with your builds on the page.
And nothing you knew is lost: all 155 old blog posts keep their addresses, and the forum and the shop are where they always were.
Help us make it better
Tell us in this thread:
- Anything broken: a link that goes nowhere, a page that looks wrong, something that doesn’t load. Tell us the page, and your browser or phone.
- The translations: if Italian, German, French or Spanish is your language, tell us what sounds off. The exact sentence or a screenshot helps a lot.
- What’s missing: something you looked for and couldn’t find.
Show us what you’ve built
Your builds are already on the Get started page, and we’d like to add more. Built something with Volumio, from a Pi in a case to a restored radio? Send it to us with this form: a few photos, a few lines about it, and your OK to feature it. We’ll pick some for the site, credited to you, and let you know before they go up.
What’s next
We’re moving to the new site piece by piece, so expect quick, regular updates. The full shop is coming into the site too. Thank you for being here: your feedback shaped Nova, and your builds are on the site. Keep it coming.
