When I want to send a private message, that one remain in the “to be send” box. I did differents test but I can’t send message s

Is it possible that your pm box is full? Or the recipient’s box? Feel free to try to send me a pm my box isn’t full (yet)
Perhaps you are not formatted correctly, or you forget to write the recipient, sender, such information
