Hi, I’ve emailed Volumio about this twice but haven’t heard any reply- my shipment seems to be missing. The boxes left FedEx early last week but show no updates since:

Hi Robert,

I just wanted to reassure you that your shipment is not missing. I’ve followed up again with FedEx, and they will get back to me as soon as there are any updates.
Unfortunately, due to the new import regulations in the U.S., these delays are beyond our direct control. That said, I’m personally monitoring the situation every day to make sure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

Just a quick note that we don’t operate over the weekend, but I’ll continue keeping an eye on it and keep you updated.
