iPad app connectivity issues

I am still having connectivity issues with the iPad app 1.7.6 on an iPad Gen 5. The app is very slow loading information from Rivo. It often comes back with an incompletely loaded screen like this:

When this happens, I have to close the Volumio app and restart it. After a little while the problem is back.
The app (also 1.7.6) works much better on my iPhone SE (2020)

First, please try rebooting the unit if you have recently updated it.
Additionally, ensure that your smartphone has a strong wireless signal by checking its range. You can also try switching the WiFi connection from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz, or vice versa, as it may help maintain a faster connectivity speed.

Your tips helped.

  • rebooting Rivo
  • uninstalling and reinstalling the Volumio App on the iPad

I had already been on the 5GHz network before.
Now the app is much more responsive, comparable to the one on the iPhone. I hope it stays that way

Unfortunately after a few days the problem is back. Very slow loading of pages on the iPad app. A reboot of Rivo did the job and things are back to normal.
Seems to be something that needs to be fixed on the Rivo side of things.
