iOS 17.1 new user (RIVO) login fails in app

Hi!

Newbie. Got RIVO network player and have set it up ok. I can play music (Tidal Connect). Anyway:
I can not login via Volumio app and see MyVolumio and order plugins etc.
I can login on my user via web (where I am now).
Annoying.
Have tried to uninstall app and reinstall it, same MyVolumio login error:
“There is no user record corresponding to this identifier. The user may have been deleted”
Why??

BTW: Looks like app is not correct set up,; can not find it listed under apps in control panel. Do find it under Privacy/Security-Local-network. Perhaps more than one bug here?
