Hello,
before I embark on downloading and installing Volumio or spending any time on it, how would I go about integrating a Noritake-Itron VFD controlled over SPI by a RaspberryPi4?
In particular I would like it to displays over four lines: Performer, Composer, Oeuvre, Movement. How and where would I be able to configure the UI on the player?

as an update to this thread I wanted to report that with the next major version pydpiper will be using Luma where support for the Noritake VFD will be added in due course. More information on that in issue #236 on the Luma github repo (this interface did not accept a link to the issue).
